Pastoral Staff

Rev. Donald Munro

Father Munro has been our Pastor for over 17 years and has led our parish towards a more family-oriented and church life centered Faith Formation, as well as maintaining a fiscally balanced parish. He is one of our Spiritual Leaders and the Administrative director. Father Munro is committed to our current building fun for our new Family Life Center which will optimally benefit our current and future families. Father Munro is a compassionate man of faith and has counseled many families through their grief and other family issues.

Rev. Duvan Bermudez

Father Duvan is in residence at St. Rita’s and is the Director of Hispanic Ministry for the Diocese of Palm Beach. He is an active part of our community and an advisor for St. Rita Hispanic community. He celebrates Church life including the Spanish Masses and acts as an advisor for our Hispanic parishioners.

Rev. Michael Parrotta

Father Parrotta is a valued retired priest who celebrates Mass on a regular basis at our parish. He has embraced our community and celebrates the Sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, First Eucharist, and Matrimony as well as funerals for our parishioners in a warm and welcoming manner.

Deacon Joe O’Connell

Deacon Joe makes himself available to our parish on a daily basis. He is always willing to help out in any way possible and is an advocate for those seeking annulments. Deacon Joe is also the Spiritual Facilitator of our RCIA programs which educates and welcomes new members into our church life. Additionally, he is one of our Faith Formation Facilitators as well as assists with our many youth groups. He assists at our Masses, and celebrates the Sacraments of Baptism and Matrimony.

Deacon Jim Meyer

Deacon Jim is one of our Spiritual Leaders who spends much of his time visiting the sick and leading our bereavement ministry. He assists at Mass in a supporting manner and administers the Sacrament of Baptism, welcoming our newest members.

Deacon Jose Ortiz

Deacon Jose leads our Hispanic community in many church-life events and services. He assists with Baptisms, Weddings, as well as funerals as he embraces our vibrant Hispanic Community. He acts as the Spiritual director for the Spanish RCIA.
